the bathtub was NASTY. it didn't even have a coffee maker. The noise from outside made it EVEN worse.

The check-in process was quite poor. i arrived at the hotel expecting to check in at the specified time. instead, i had to visit the reception desk three times as i kept getting delayed. i wanted to relax by the pool, but i spent the day going back to reception. i eventually checked into one room at 6 pm. The second room came later.

i found the hotel to be a great choice because it is smoke-free. the front desk staff was very friendly . i appreciated the variety of food options available, including eataly. its proximity to the new york-new york hotel was another plus.

i noticed that there was no coffee maker available in the room, it was a very minor inconvenience though.

the room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. the bathroom included a well maintained shower and several soft towels. the hotel also ensured fresh beddings daily.

the team provided very nice service with amazing personalities at the front desk. they helped guide our experience and were always available to assist with any requests. the staff was always friendly and accommodating during the entire stay.

the hotel's location is very convenient with many options to eat, shop and gamble. it also has a train that connects to the crystals shop, aria, and bellagio. this makes it easy to get around to various attractions.

the hotel's location was convenient for accessing the arena across the street. i liked that the hotel featured numerous restaurant choices. i enjoyed having many options.

our room did not get serviced one day despite our request. we had to request towels and wait a while for them. the promised credits for this issue did not appear on our bill upon checkout.

the bed was changed while i was out, and the restroom was cleaned which was acceptable.

The room was hot, just like my last visit so i just dealt with it. the air conditioning did not seem to function properly. I expected more for the price. also, there was no coffee maker in the room, a basic amenity i really missed.
